Why believe in God? That imples a requirement of faith. And what is faith? Belief in something that you can't prove is true! That's Memetically unsound. Better to believe in relative truth than relative uncertainty. At least then you're not tied to something that drags you down without even needing to exist.

And isn't religion just fascism of the mind? A force of mind control that needs no force? All you're doing is bowing down to a non-entity. The ultimate form of subordinance. God is dead ... I am alive! Each Of Us is a God. Our own God, and no one elses.

Atheism is the only answer to your prayers. God save us from religion.

We evolved from a common origin. That's the very essence of what Darwin said. We were once all the same, in the time when life had just begun. Science proves the book of Genesis wrong. If Adam and Eve were really the first two beings, then there must have been a lot of inbreeding! I don't think so. Take a look at the evidence. Then isn't it evident that the Bible is wrong, and that Darwin was right? Pit science against God. The bigger they are the harder they fall. It's a long way down for God.

Peace Meme

"Live long and prosper", said Mr Spock, but what are the odds on that if we all get killed in a war? Do you want to die before your time? Do you want to die in pain? Who would? I guess only someone who's not that switched on to the world. So what's the point in all these Weapons? What's the point in all the violence? What's the point in race hate or war-lust? You're only going to die at the end of it. Remember, there's always someone with the power to kill you. The strongest can never remain so for long. We all die in the end, but it's how you die that matters. I don't believe that everyone can be friends, and I don't believe that hate should be abolished, but I do believe that in the overall scale of things, there's no real point in taking anything too far.

Peace doesn't mean Weakness, just as War doesn't mean Strength. It's not never falling that makes one strong, it's getting up when you've fallen that dictates strength.

Did you know that the Lottery can easily be re-named the "Moron Tax"? Afterall, what is it? You pay the government some money, and they give you nothing in return. In England there is supposedly a 14.7 million to one chance of winning the national lottery. And you really think you're going to be the lucky one? And suppose you are? That doesn't matter, because at the end of the day, the people as a whole are making a net loss, whether you win or lose. How does it feel to be paying more tax than the people who don't enter the lottery. That's what you're doing. Just think of the things you could do with the money if you didn't spend it on Lottery tickets. You could spend it on something much more worth while that will give you some satisfaction. Don't subsidise other people. Make money on your own merrit, not by luck.
